Join us on July 23, 2025 | 7:00 PM at the premier Black comedy club in San Antonio, Texas -- the Upstage Comedy Lounge. SABIFF is back for a 2025 comedy-filled evening featuring standout performances by: Alvin Perry, MotherDaddy, Chandra and Jeremy Brown.

In addition to comedic bliss, SABIFF's special treat includes a comedy short spotlighting SA's homegrown filmmaker Dat Mayne Dee Wayne Goodloe (#theoddlifeofshaylittle, #freeword).

This special FUNraising event not only promises great entertainment but also supports the important work of #SABIFF and #EYCCP, with proceeds benefiting both community service organizations.

🎬 The 2025 SABIFF FUNraiser is more than just a comedy show — it’s a vibrant celebration of Black creativity, storytelling, and community empowerment!

Join us for a night of laughter featuring some of San Antonio’s favorite comedians from the local club circuit, all hosted by the beloved Clifton Simmons. This comedy-filled event shines a spotlight on the impactful work of two Eastside District II nonprofits, raising much-needed funds to support their programs and operating costs.

Proceeds will benefit San Antonio’s premiere Black International Film Festival — now entering its 7th year — and the Eastside Youth Content Creators Program (EYCCP), whose city funding was unexpectedly cut. These organizations are dedicated to uplifting Black cinema, arts, and the next generation of youth content creators.
